Superpower

Creating clarity in complexity. I bring structure to ambiguity - whether it’s untangling workforce processes, building capability, or supporting change. I simplify what feels overwhelming and turn it into something practical, actionable, and meaningful.

About

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make sense of things - especially when they feel complex or unclear. My work sits across learning, facilitation, consulting, and capability building, and I spend a lot of time turning workforce management concepts into something practical and easy to apply. Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for the human side of transformation - how people adapt, build confidence, and show up in client and team environments. A lot of my focus is on creating  learning experiences that go beyond traditional training, where people can practise, reflect, and genuinely shift how they approach their roles. What I enjoy most is seeing that moment where something clicks when someone moves from just understanding a system to thinking more critically and confidently. That shift is where real impact happens. I also love working across teams and partnering with leaders to shape how capability grows within an organisation. I’m naturally curious and always exploring better ways of working, particularly when it comes to AI and designing learning that actually sticks. At my core, I value growth, creativity, and making a meaningful impact through the work I do.

Professional details

I’m a Multimedia Specialist and Learning & Capability Lead at Smart WFM, where I focus on enabling teams and clients to get real value from workforce management systems - not just understand how they work. My experience spans over a decade across workforce management and digital software, working with platforms such as UKG Pro WFM, UKG Ready, and Sage solutions. I’ve designed and delivered learning across both Pro and Ready environments, as well as client-facing training that supports post-implementation adoption and drives confidence in using the system effectively. What differentiates my work is the focus on outcomes. Rather than treating systems as the end point, I focus on building capability - helping consultants and clients think more critically, make better decisions, and apply the system in a way that improves real-world operations. I’ve played a key role in establishing and scaling Smart WFM’s internal learning function, including structured capability programmes, consulting skills development, and initiatives such as a company-wide AI adoption rollout and a Rotational Buddy Programme to support onboarding and cultural alignment. I work closely with senior leadership to shape how capability evolves across the organisation - aligning learning with delivery needs, client outcomes, and long-term growth. My strengths lie in simplifying complexity and turning it into something practical, whether that’s through learning design, facilitation, or supporting teams through change.
