Helping people navigate complex workforce and rostering challenges with clarity and confidence. I combine hands-on rostering, learning and development, and implementation experience to simplify complex processes and deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
What drives me is simple: helping people. I enjoy turning workforce and rostering challenges into clear, practical solutions that make work easier.I’m naturally curious and like to understand how people, processes, and systems fit together. I take the time to listen, ask questions, and build strong relationships so I can work alongside stakeholders to achieve the right outcome. My learning and development background also shapes how I communicate and support people through change. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing a well-designed solution make a genuine difference for managers, employees, and their organisation.
I have extensive experience in workforce management, rostering best practice, and learning and development across aged care, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. My career began with NSW Health, where I designed and delivered learning and development programs at scale, supporting a workforce of more than 140,000 employees. I later progressed into rostering-focused roles, leading best-practice initiatives and supporting major workforce transformation programs. As a UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant, I lead requirements workshops, translate operational needs into system designs, configure solutions, and support organisations through testing, deployment, and adoption. I hold UKG Pro Workforce Management certifications in Advanced Scheduling Administration and Implementation, as well as Timekeeping Administration and Implementation, with a strong focus on scheduling design and optimisation.
