About

I’m a Workforce Management Consultant with a background in rostering, learning and development, and large-scale system implementations. What drives me is simple - helping people. Whether that’s supporting teams through change, solving complex problems, or making systems easier to understand, I focus on outcomes that genuinely improve how people work.I started my career in learning and development within NSW Health, delivering and designing training for the largest healthcare system in Australia. Over time, I moved into rostering and workforce management, where I worked closely with operational teams to improve scheduling practices and drive better outcomes across large, complex environments.This combination of experience shapes how I work today. I take the time to understand people, processes, and challenges in detail, and I focus on working collaboratively with stakeholders rather than simply delivering solutions to them. I’ve found the best outcomes always come from strong relationships, open conversations, and a clear, structured approach. What I enjoy most is seeing the real impact of well-designed workforce management systems - making things easier for managers, easier for employees, and more effective for organisations.

Professional details

I bring extensive experience across workforce management, rostering best practice, and learning and development, working across a range of industries and complex operational environments, including aged care, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. My career began in learning and development within NSW Health, where I designed and delivered training programs at scale, supporting over 140,000 staff. I later moved into rostering-focused roles, leading best practice initiatives and supporting large-scale workforce transformation programs. I have since built on this foundation as a Workforce Management Consultant, delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions across diverse organisations. My experience includes leading requirements workshops, defining business requirements, configuring systems, and supporting organisations through testing, deployment, and adoption phases. I hold multiple UKG Pro Workforce Management certifications, including Advanced Scheduling Administration and Timekeeping (Implementation and Administration), with a primary focus on scheduling design and optimisation. I am also continuing to expand my expertise, with plans to complete the Advanced Scheduling Implementation certification once it is released by UKG.A key strength I bring is the ability to bridge the gap between operations, systems, and people. I combine hands-on rostering experience with strong facilitation and training capability, ensuring solutions are practical, well understood, and successfully adopted across different industries and operating models.
