I’ve always been interested in how things work, especially when it comes to people, systems and the
overall experience. I tend to notice where things feel unclear or overly complicated, and I enjoy finding
ways to make them simpler and more effective.My career has grown across operations, HR and IT,
which has given me a well-rounded view of how businesses run. I’ve worked closely with leadership
teams and across different functions, helping shape how teams operate, communicate and scale in a
way that feels practical and sustainable.I enjoy working with people, understanding different
perspectives, and turning that into improvements that actually make a difference. I’m naturally organised
and solutions-focused, and I like being the person who brings clarity, structure and a steady sense of
direction when things feel uncertain.
I’m the Operations Officer at Smart WFM, focused on improving how the business runs across people,
technology and data.My role covers end-to-end hire-to-retire processes, IT and support operations, and
data governance, with the goal of creating simple, consistent and effective ways of working. I work
across practices and regions to ensure our systems and processes support both our people and our
clients.Previously, I was Operations Manager (2IC to the CEO) in a SaaS business, where I supported
the day-to-day running of the company across HR, support, process design and team structure.I’m
particularly interested in how people-focused operational improvements can enhance employee
experience, engagement and overall business performance.
