With a workforce of around 3,500 employees, including approximately 2,000 casual staff during the harvest season, the client's dynamic operations make it an apt reference for the complexities of workforce management, including roles such as Grain Handlers, Plant Operators, Maintenance Technicians, and Stevedores.
