About

I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and moved to Melbourne in 2024. My family is my ultimate priority. Being present for my kids and watching them grow matters most to me.In the past, I have worked very long hours, night shifts, and had a lot of overseas business trips, so I'm over the phase where I sacrificed family time for work. I am now someone who values work-life balance. Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things like spending quality time with my family, which involves lots of cooking, baking and playing board and card games. What makes me who I am is my commitment to my priorities, both at home and at work. I truly value a company culture that supports this, allowing me to be my true self while still growing professionally. It gives me the space to be both a present parent and someone who continues to thrive in my career.

Professional details

I started my career after university as a Software Developer and have since explored a range of roles including Business Analyst, Performance Tester, and Project Delivery Manager. These eventually led me to my current role as a Solution Consultant, which brings together the best aspects of my previous roles such as problem-solving, technical expertise, and client engagement.I had extensive experience supporting US Timekeeping solutions and after moving to Australia, I have since expanded my knowledge to include Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Throughout the years, I’ve worked across diverse industries including hotels and casinos, logistics, public sector, healthcare, agriculture, technology/IT services, food processing, and aviation.These experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded perspective and adaptability in delivering solutions tailored to different business needs.
