Over the years I've work extensively across workforce management, award interpretation, and system design with a particular focus on translating complicated requirements into practical solutions that work in the real world. What I enjoy most about my role is the combination of problem solving and people. Every organisation is different, and I love partnering with customers and colleagues to understand how they operate, uncover opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that genuinely make a difference. Throughout my career I have worked with organisations ranging from small to medium business through to large scale enterprise customers across industries including healthcare, aged care, transport, mining, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, local government, and community services. At Smart WFM, I focus on helping customer navigate complex workforce and compliance challenges. I am known for simplifying complex requirements, designing scalable solutions, and bridging the gap between business, payroll, and technology teams. Key achievements include leading complex workforce management projects, developing consulting frameworks and discovery methodologies adapted by consulting teams, creating AI powered tools to improve implementation quality and consistency, and mentoring consultants to strengthen customer outcomes.
