I’m someone who genuinely loves making things work for people, for systems, and for outcomes. My career in Workforce Management has spanned across industries like banking, retail, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both the technical and human sides of transformation. 

As Practice Leader for Enterprise at Smart WFM, I’m now focused on cultivating a team that’s future-ready, values-driven, and obsessed with quality. I believe the best results come from environments where people feel supported and empowered. I prioritise capability building, mentoring, and pairing individuals with projects that stretch and inspire them. 

I still get stuck into client work to keep my skills sharp and my perspective real. Whether it’s architecting scalable UKG solutions or supporting pre-sales initiatives, I love contributing hands-on while shaping the next generation of consultants.

As Enterprise Practice Leader at Smart WFM, I’m responsible for growing and enabling a high-performing consulting team that delivers meaningful, measurable impact to our clients. My role blends strategic leadership with people development, allocating the right talent to the right work, uplifting capability, and ensuring our delivery aligns with both client outcomes and Smart WFM’s broader strategic goals. 

I bring years of Workforce Management experience across UKG Pro WFM and ADP Workforce Manager. My strengths lie in simplifying the complex, whether that’s decoding pay rules and rosters, leading requirement workshops, or designing enterprise-grade solutions that scale. 

Now, I’m focused on building a collaborative, purpose-driven practice. I work closely with our Project Managers, Customer Success, and Service Excellence teams to balance utilisation, engagement, and growth. And I’m passionate about embedding a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and digital enablement so that our team and our clients thrive in equal measure .
