About

Born and raised in Gujarat/India, Australia has been my home for the past 17 years. Growing up in a very traditional and large family, I deeply value family bonding and enjoy interacting with people. Now, our family is small but close-knit, consisting of four members who all share a love for travel and adventure. My mornings typically begin with a cup of coffee while watching the news. I'm passionate about learning something new every day, whether it's through listening to children's stories, or experimenting with cooking.

Professional details

I pursued my Bachelor of Science degree in India before completing my Master of Information Systems in Sydney. Alongside my academic qualifications, I've acquired several certifications including Certificate III in Business Administration, Certified Technician, Workforce Dimensions Administration, Timekeeping and Scheduling, and Kronos Paragon.

With over 10 years of experience in Systems Application Administration, I've established myself as a business-oriented leader with a strong emphasis on service quality, cost reduction, process improvement, and continuous business justification. Throughout my career, I've utilized my blend of functional and technical expertise to oversee the configuration and implementation of application solutions, ensuring they align with the operational and strategic objectives of the company.

I've had the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, spanning from application configurations and upgrades to setting up BI dashboards for executives and handling complex tasks such as database splitting and merging. My areas of specialization include data gathering and requirement analysis, business process mapping, workforce timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting.
