About

I work in professional services, mainly focused on delivering complex workforce management projects. A lot of what I do is about bringing structure and clarity into environments where things are moving quickly and not always fully defined. I’ve spent most of my time leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels, often in situations where priorities shift and expectations evolve. I enjoy that side of the work, figuring things out as you go, but still keeping delivery on track. I tend to gravitate toward the messy parts of projects, where scope isn’t clear, teams aren’t fully aligned, or plans don’t quite reflect reality yet. I’m big on being upfront, having honest conversations early, and dealing with issues before they turn into bigger problems. What I enjoy most is the mix of people and problem-solving. Every project is different, and success usually comes down to how well you can bring people together and keep everyone moving in the same direction. Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with family, stay active, and try to keep a bit of balance. I bring that same approach into work, steady, practical, and focused on getting the right outcomes without overcomplicating things.

I’ve spent my career in professional services, leading delivery across complex workforce management, payroll, and transformation-related programs. Most of my experience sits at the intersection of delivery, transformation, and leadership, stepping into environments that need stabilising, scaling, or a reset on how things are being delivered. I’ve worked across organisations like Smart WFM, Humanforce, Ramco, Tambla, and Datacom, leading both regional and global teams. A big part of my role has been helping teams deliver more consistently, putting the right structure, governance, and accountability in place without overcomplicating things. Some of the work I’m most proud of includes turning around large, high-risk programs, leading multi-country implementations, and building or reshaping professional services teams into high-performing, commercially sustainable functions. I’ve also spent a lot of time working directly with customers at an executive level, particularly where delivery has gone off track and needs to be reset. I’ve worked across industries including healthcare, public sector, and enterprise technology, but the common thread is always complex delivery and the need to get the right outcomes in place. At the core, I focus on keeping things practical, bringing clarity where it’s missing, aligning people, and making sure delivery commitments are actually met.
